So much for South Africa's largest credit bureau

I've had with Transunion. I requested a password reset which they said it take 5 working days. It's day 8 and I still haven't heard anything from them. Each time I call they do answer the phone but then it just goes mute. I have spent a fortune on airtime without getting any help. So much for South Africa's largest credit bureau.
