Since June 2024, correspondence has been sent to Transunion Credit Bureau requesting the removal of my name from their records. Despite providing proof, evidence, and supporting documentation for disputes submitted in 2024, my name has not been removed. A response from Ms. Kaitlyn de la Ray indicated that evidence should be emailed to them, referencing email ***. I am experiencing frustration as this matter was expected to be resolved over a year ago. I had even inquired about additional required evidence beyond what was already provided, which included letters from lawyers and proof from all relevant parties.
