Shocking experience!! Be very Careful!!!

Half way through last year I noticed that transunion was debiting me. Monthly. I didn't know why. In the beginning of 2019 I asked for my credit report which I paid around R300 for. I found out from one of the managers in conversation on the 28/12/2020 that in the "small print" if we don't say we want them to to discontinue their monthly debit orders, they continue debiting us! The name of the manager was Jameel. He assured me there would be no more debit orders taken out of my account. And transunion debited my account again! I do hope other people see this! It's not a large amount, so people may not notice Transunion taking money out their account!!!
