Settled Accounts still reflecting

I settled Capfin and Wonga last year August but somehow it is still reflecting on this credit bureau as open, it is quite hard for me to apply for credit as I keep getting told to contact Transunion. I have called numerous time, the line either does not go through or they never pick up the phones. I cannot even log a dispute on their site. Please remove these accounts off my name as I no longer owe these creditors, you are literally the ones who still have these accounts as active.
