Incompetencent service received. I spoke to Princess on the WhatsApp chat and I asked may the accounts closed be removed from the credit bureau and she refused and told me it can only be removed after 24 months which I do not understand as when you pay of a account - you would normally be advised that it would be removed in 21 days. This is so unprofessional of transunion
