SERVICE IS LACKING!!!!!!!!!!

After sending in all of the requirements to have my profile completed & waiting the "5 business day turn around time" for my free credit report, nothing has been resolved. I called in and they assured me that it has been escalated. I keep calling everyday & all I get told are empty promises. "You should receive it by C.O.B today". All I hear is lies & excuses!

Absolutely slow FICA department.
