What a nightmare it's been seeing my credit report in a bad state even though I'm paying off my account. I have sent my paid up letters countless times and my credit report still looks the same, I have made countless calls and all I get is unmet promises. Half of my report is not updated showing an inaccurate depiction of my credit behavior. This affect my life and I don't think you guys take us seriously. I just want to know a board who holds such *********** service providers accountable or am I forced to sue you guys for displaying such in accurate information on my account?
