Selling our personal information?
I just got call from Mr Price offering me an account, knew my name and surname and obviously my contact details. I declined the offer and asked where they got my details.... He rep**** " from Transunion credit" if I'm not mistaken the sharing of my personal information is against the law. STOP SHARING MY INFO!

The NCA prescribes when Bureaus can access and share consumer credit information, as well as when consumer consent is required. Where POPIA imposes additional requirements over and above the NCA, we ensure that data processed and shared meets all the regulatory requirements.
