Security breach at Transunion

Why am I getting SMSes about a credit provider as far back as 2017? Worst, I am bombarded/harassed by this flurry of messages ceaselessly. Is this through the incompetence of Transunion failing to avoid abuse of our information entrusted with them? This organization is useless and should be dismantled as it jeopardizes the safekeeping of our information rendering us vulnerable abuse.
