Score not changing

I've called numerous times and emailed - no-one can give me an answer as to why my credit score is stagnant. I've settled all accounts in June 2025 then Transunion told me I need to have accounts to build my score so I opened accounts in August 2025 and have kept them paid up to date, still no change in my credit score. This is very frustrating and it seems like I am not the only one with this problem
