Score dropped by 200 points

<p>I lodged a query on the 23 April regarding my score that dropped by 200 points in the past month. If anything this should have increased!! I've been a paying member receiving my reports since 2009, sad to see that the one time i lodge a query i don't receive a response!!!</p>
