I logged a dispute with a 3rd party concerning an account that had prescribed. Transunion rep**** and said they had credible evidence from the credit provider and therefore won't remove the information. This credible evidence was in a form of a report not of me acknowledging the debt or proof of payment or some form of communication in the last 3 years. This has led me to believe that some accounts are purposely left on your credit report,I know all the requirements for prescription and I have met every single one but yet this particular account is still open and active
