Sarah of Transunion

After numerous calls to Transunion on 24/01/2020. At 11:45 i get the most arrogant lady by the name of Sarah who refused blatantly to give me her surname. I told her my old cell phone number does not work anymore there we had to do some verifications. She was the most rude human i have ever interacted with and does not give a damn. I still do not have my report because of somebody's incompetence
