RUINING MY LIFE

For months I have been trying to update my credit record with success. They give me the runaround, their telephones lines and online services do not help. 20 days has turned into one year and still my record has a discrepancy that is setting me back in life. I can't even get a home loan because of this issue. I've had enough, I'm in contact with a lawyer and an ombudsman, hopefully I can finally settle this once and for all.
