Rude Agent

<p>Good day<br /> <br />My name is Happiness Shirindza, I called the following number ***at 4:20pm and spoke to an agent by the name of Muriel Huis who reports to Bongani Mhmgwnae.<br /> <br />I was enquiry about an sms I had received in the morning about a Personal loan, that was sorted and then I later on enquired about my two disputes and informed Muriel that the two services providers informed me that they have responded to the disputes as I was explaining to her and asking her why does it take to long, while other credit providers have updated their information, Muriel raised her voice at me and repeatedly gave me an cynicism attitude and addressing me with NO NO NO, later when I informed her that I will take this up she continued to give me sarcasm and challenging me to do so.<br /> <br />I really offended by her attitude and really unhappy with the service received.<br /> <br />Ref TU ********** 7-000563-01<br /> <br />Regards,<br /> <br />Happiness</p>
