Rotten Service

I really can’t with TransUnion, what kind of a business that does not have a direct number to contact in case of emergency and wanting to communicate with a human being/ employee over the phone. Their service and procedures sucks. They definitely do not care about the people they supposed to deliver service to. Out of all the companies in South Africa Transunion is the first to let us communicate with them via WhatsApp or SMS. That is the worst rule and a regulation i have ever heard. I really hate what they are doing to us. I need their assistance but I can’t get to them immediately because there is no direct phone number to contact them. 😡😡😡
