Ripping us off and not updating credit history

I have never been so irritated in my entire life. I had a Capitec account that I had not paid for and was outstanding since I lost my job. And when I started working I settled all my accounts. And in May this year I settled the account. I got settlement letter I requested that Capitec submit it to the transunion and them, which they did. I also took initiative and called transunion to enquire the process I can take to make sure that I get this updated. I was told a query was logged , I received a ref via sms and was told to email documents to [Email Removed] which I did. About two weeks later I was informed via sms that my credit profile was updated. Now because every time I need a copy of my credit report I had to pay R80 and I had requested 3 of already which included the free one, I decided I will take their word for. Im trying to get a bond and my credit score is still very low. I ultimately call them to find out what happening in which case the lady refused to discuss my report with me and said I have to pay for it first. I did that and discovered they had not updated it. Now I am paying to see if they did their jobs.I am told I need to do the whole thing again
