Ridiculous service

My husband have been trying for more then a month to try and clear his name. we paid up all his account August 2020 we have received paid up letters and was advised that his name will be cleared. to our surprise it still indicates that he owes some places money, we have also disputed on your website that the account is paid. every time we try to follow up the website is down and when we contact you we are told to try again a bit later. Now I am tried of doing other people's jobs. I want this sorted out today!
