Reporting to the Ombudsman
Bad service!! You guys don’t value us. I still haven’t received assistance with you guys and 30 days are almost over. I think it’s time I go to the Ombudsman!! My query regarding why my credit score is stagnant remains unresolved and I am unsatisfied!!
