Replication of Payments 3XR38

I tried to purchase my Credit report using my credit card and cheque account- Their system give me errors but manage to deduct R38 on my cheque account and twice on my Credit card. I enquired on the 27 October and was given this ticket number (***)and no one contacted me. I need a refund on my credit card and cheque account. My ID no. ***. I also send bank statement to confirm the replication payments.
