Removing Default

I lodged a dispute with TransUnion on the 7th of November, ***** dispute against Telkom. A week later Telkom emailed me stating that my case has been resolved "clearing my name on their systems" after finding out that I never had an account with them. I checked my credit record on the TransUnion site and I see that I still have the Telkom default under my name. I know it takes 20 working days to investigate the dispute but in this case my name was cleared within 5 days of the investigation for obvious reasons, what do I need to do to remove the 1 default under my name as Telkom has cleared my name on their systems. If Telkom cleared my name on their systems surely TransUnion must also do the same. I called the TransUnion call centre and one of the consultants stated that the default will be removed after 20 working days of the investigation even though my name has been cleared, that's confusing because I thought the 20 days was for investigating the ***** issue, since my case was cleared why not remove the default from your systems
