REMOVE THE FLAG ON MY PROFILE

Good Day, My debt counsellor sent clearance certificate and paid up letters to different credit breaus so that they can remove the flag on my profile...but on Tranunion it was not REMOVED....PLEASE ASSIST TO REMOVE THE FLAG...Compuscan done that in 7days so i dont understand why Transunion takes So LONG............
