Remove my debt - you where sent a clearance letter!!!

I suppose I will also get a reply saying that the matter has been escalated. November 2021 an email was sent to clear my namebas I have paid up all my accounts. I was told the credit buro will take 21 working days/business days tk update my profile. It's going on 6months. Unbelievable! My record is Bad after I have paid everything to clear my name. What more needs to be done? I need answers. It's sad that we have to come to hello peter for to get answers. Very sad!
