Remove my Debt review status

Hi. I have sent emails since June 2022 to remove my Debt Review status and also attached Clearance certificates. , I have followed up emails as well, but Transunion does not respond and still reflects that I am under Debt Review which makes it impossible to purchase a vehicle. Please assist??? Please email me back on ***
