Remove default

I have a problem with Transunion. I'm an active member of transunion however I have fully paid all accounts owing and there's stiil default under my name at Transunion. When I check other credit bureaus have removed default under my name and transunion is refusing to do so. I have been calling transunion and my creditors adviced me that they did send a request to transunion to remove default under my name. I request transunion to remove a default under my name because I fully paid all accounts owing and I want to apply for debts,
