Remove debt counselling and update my score

I was previously under debt review but a court declared me not over indebted and compelled my former debt counsellor and all credit bureaus to remove the debt review flag under my name. Everyone comp**** except for Transunion. This was almost 2 years ago but my score remains zero with them.
