RemovalofJudgement[Ticket#***]-***--

<p>In a nutshell , I had a loan with Bayport which was a garnishee on my salary , however I settled it December 2015 to this day 14.06.2016 it is still on my name not removed , i made a follow up call everymonth since December 2015 to findout if it was removed and no luck , yesterday it was brought to my attention the reason the judgement was not removed at Transunion was because bayport had a different case number to Transunion so for that reason the Judgement could not be removed , I then contacted DMC the third party who handles our company's garnishees and they confirmed the case reference number on the court order was 9910/11 as well as my credit score report reflected 9910/11, Shanaaz Nkomo at Transunion disagreed to an extent that the case number she verified is 7910/11 , so this is where the problen lies , bayport has sent numerous emails requested Transunion to remove it as it is an infringment to my rights and still transunion is not budging , I have escalated the issue to the Ombudman who will get back to me soonest , I have run out of options on what to do to clear my name ,as this really is a set back on my future plans nevermind my name .</p>
