Removal of Old Debt on Credit Profile

I have prescribed debt such as my Identity and Truworths Accounts and other debt on my credit profile that is older than 3 years. Still to date it's not been cleared. I have send numerous emails stating that I do not have a proof of address. All I'm requesting is that these account should be removed from my credit profile.
