Removal of debt review

********** 2-00156-01/02 trand union has still not removed the debt review flag from my name even after sending them proof from my debt councillor and NCR that I've paid all my creditors up to date received debt clearance certificates and updated the DHS system. I completed the debt review process in October 2017 and this issue is still ongoing.when you call to speak to a manager they are never available and never call back
