Removal of debt review

last year December ive send my court documents to Transunion and other credit Bureaux , on the 9th of December 2017 i got their reference number . Other credit bureaux they have removed it but im experiencing a problem with Transunion. ive been calling every week to check how far are they i get a different story and its really frustrating since January they've been checking with the court or waiting for the confirmation from the court. its really frustrating because i cant do what i want to do. I've lodged a complaint with the ombudsman also their quite.
