REFUND MY MONEY FROM OCT 2019 - AUG 2020 AND CANCEL MY SUBCRIPTION

I have a once off subscription of R700 which ended last last year - yet the continued debiting my account - they request a double debit everymonth until I queried it in March and requested it to be investagated and cancelled and my money to be refunded, its now 5 months later and my account is still being debited with R99 and when I call I am being sent from pillar to post!!!
