really not happy with your service as a big company

Good day I have a problem with Transunion. I'm an active member of Transunion however I have fully paid all accounts owing and there's still default under my name at Transunion. When I check other credit bureaus have removed default under my name and Transunion is refusing to do so. I have been advised to give it 20 working days but still no respond or nothing.
