Query long overdue!!!

An enquiry has been logged on behalf of my client Mathapelo Khubalo. The turnaround time for the query to be resolved is 20 working day. I have been calling to get an update but I'm always advised that the query will be resolved within 48hrs. I have to call in every 48hrs only to get the same feedback that I must call back after 4hrs. This is disappointing and I look *********** to my client because I am not giving her solid feedback. The ref numbers are Tu*** and TU***
