Putting a different person and ID on my credit profile

Transunion is messing up my Credit record by putting wrong information on my profile. There is Standard Bank Personal Account on my Credit profile which has a different name and ID number but its still on my profile. I phoned them and they said I should write an Affidavit. I phone Standard Bank and they confirmed that I have no account with them. This is boarderline ***** on their part because how do associate my credit profile with a different name and ID Number?
