proof of payment, no reply to emails

hi there, i emailed your queries department regarding two EFT payments i paid to transunion for the true credit , i did not get a reply, i called today, spoke to one lady who said i must email my proof of payments to *** which i did, please tell him to reply to my email, say something like your email has been revived and we working on it, he mustn't keep quiet, because i need my services that i took with you to be active, not sure why payment is not allocated because i did use my ID number as reference.

please may i get feedback
