Profile Update

I am deeply disappointed with Credit Bureau's lack of profile updates on people's accounts... It is saddening how quick their are to record any negative records on one's name, but fails to update information once one has paid up or settled the account..... i have had a very bad credit record and have decided to do the right thing when i could, that is to pay up all the accounts I have been owing, to my surprise, accounts which have been paid up a year ago still reflects on my credit profile and yet I'm told I will still have to wait for a month or so to have it fully updated, this has been reflecting very bad on me and I am not happy knowing that I have paid up
