Problems and then more problems

Always have a problem signing in, Tried logging in with my ID then with my name then with my email... I asked for my user name they send a link to change the password!!! then back to square ONE.. now they locked me out and I have to call them, the last experience took over 4 months and countless of calls to be resolved. Every year I have to go threw this unbelievable run around,
