Prescribed Debt not removed

Terrible Service from Transunion and not doing their Jobs. I am a paid subscriber and have been fixing errors on my credit report. My Experian reports are up to date as well as VCCB and with XDS and CPB. However Transunion fails to update my report, i logged numerous reports for an account which is Prescribed but still reflects as closed on my credit report, prescribed debt must be removed.
