Prescribed Debt Not Removed

I lodged 4 disputes with Transunion citing prescribed debt. The matter dragged for over the prescribed 20 days. Today I received emails indicating that the 4 items have been re-instated since credible evidence has been found.

I went to my credit profile and checked the status of my dispute - what is written there as status for all 4 is that it is EXPIRED.

This means that the credit providers did not respond to the enquiry within the prescribed period as stipulated.

Why are they re-instating these listings on my profile when I did my part. Transunion must remove these items since there is no credible evidence.
