Posting wrong information

Can somebody help me please. Transunion is ruining my credit report. I bought a credit report from them today and only to find that the information they have on my profile about my employment is wrong and when I confront them about it the call centre gave me another line for disputes, which I called and spoke to Adonis Darrian who told me if I want them to change it I should give them my ID copy and proof of resident. I have never had to give them consent to add wrong information so why do I have to give them consent to remove it. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager did not want to speak to me, her name is Shanaaz Nkomo. I am so unhappy cause this is not good for my credit profile. It can do a lot of damage.
