Poor service, zero transparency

Pity you can't award less than 1 star. Forgot my login details, and was instructed to submit FICA documents and would take UP TO 5 business days to verify. The time went by with no response. Tried following up, but was told by another rude consultant that verification takes 7 business days. Which is it now? Also disputing a listing for a paid-up account and sure that that will also run beyond the 20 business day time frame. No information is provided other than having to wait.
