Poor Service, unable to assist

I have been trying to get my credit report from Transunion ITC, I have since sent numerous request from the 02 of August 2015 till now am still battling to have an ability to see my account as the account is logged off.<br> I sent my ID and proof of address and have been since told to resend the documents. How am i going to start clearing my name if these unprofessional people are still operating this way? fIrst copy of id was sent on 17 August 2015, 2nd sept 2015 ***
