POOR SERVICE

Transunion - Always want to know if the Service is good-NO... Every Agent I have talked to gave me different versions of my questions asked.

I try to talk to them on the Chat await for a Live agent for more than 20 minutes and no response

I reply on there mails and all i get back I must call them, and then you get transferred from one person to the other and nobody knows what you talked about.

I have a Dispute with them and i am awaiting now feedback since Feb 2026.

Utterly poor service
