Poor Service

For a while now I get the same emails that my documents are incorrect. I did go to the police station to get an affidavit as requested all my documents are complete and every time the call center tells me they can see documents outstanding and as soon as I mention the affidavit the story change and they escalate it to HQ they even give me the number of HQ but no one answers the phone. The report is urgent going through divorce and need the proof for court.
