POOR SERVICE

What an absolute disgusting service which my husband has had with Transunion. He lodged a dispute regarding an issue which was not removed from his name, but in the meantime the issue was removed BUT the dispute remains open on his credit portfolio and therefore he is unable to obtain credit from any institution. When contacting the dispute department at Transunion he was informed that there is NO DISPUTES open on their side and that he must refresh his credit portfolio on his side. He has contacted them several times for assistance but to no avail, he is sent from one department to another and nobody seems to know what they are doing there. This is absolutely ridiculous and pathetic service.
