Poor Service, Credit profile not updated after a whole year

I have 2 accounts which are incorrectly reflecting on my credit profile. I disputed these accounts on 29/06/2019. A month passed and when I called to follow up I was told that the disputes had been closed and the information would be removed from my credit report. Last week when I checked my report, I noticed these where still reflecting. I called transunion, spoke to an agent who told me she would escalate and this info would be updated within 48 working hours. This has still not been done. When I call in again I get sent from pillar to post. How can one wait over a year to have incorrect information removed from a credit profile?
