Poor service ,credit profile not updated

I have paid all my in Feb 2018.Been debt free since March up until Sept 2018.My credit score have updated with other Bureau and have still not updated with TransUnion.Their system have updated with credit I have acquired to rebuild my credit profile but still my credit score remains as low as from Feb 2018 .After numerous telephone calls they are going to investigate now only after 7 months why my profile have not updated.On my side I have done applications and have been successful with rebuilding a credit profile. With TransUnion however I still reflect as "below average"to credit facilities and for that reason I have received regrets from credit facilities.
