Poor Service coupled with ********** activity to my account

<p>Good Morning Peter, i hope all is well. I'd like to lay a complaint for transunion, I had subscriped for a yearly premuim on my account, but they also have been debiting my account monthly. I have escalated the matter and have been trying to get refunded but everytime i call the supervisor handling my account she is always busy to talk to me or even retun my calls. I have been calling Transunion for the past 4 weeks and everytime i call they give me the same story.</p> <p> </p> <p>They dont wanted to give me a complaint line. The lady responsible is Semon Zwart and have also spoken to the team leader (Deon Governder) but till today i have not being refunded. Please assist.</p> <p> </p>
