Poor Service

Its a pity there is no half star rating for TRANSUNION.I emailed all the documents required from the consultant i spoke to after how many times of being disconnected. In my opinion it looks like High Court order documents serves no purpose to Transunion. I don't have extra cash for a lawyer maybe i should go this route because trying to sort my credit record out on my own is not working out. It is so sad to read of thousands of south africans in the similar boat i find myself in,Yet Experien and Xds sorted my credit record out in less than 21 working days.
