Poor service bot and customer service

Transunion has a very poor service bot and customer service. I've been having issues with my account login for the past 2 days now. I'm not getting any OTPs or emails from them. I phoned them and was with the agent for more than 25 minutes. All he wanted to do was to sell me more products. All I want is to be able to access my account!
